Our Subscribe & Save program is designed to give you exclusive savings and convenience through automated deliveries. Please review the policy below to understand how it works and what to expect.

 

How Subscribe & Save Works

With our Subscribe & Save program, you can schedule automatic deliveries every 1 month or 3 months, based on your preference. Enjoy special pricing on subscription items and never run out of your favorites again.

 

Flexibility & Control

Manage your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. You can:

  • Skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Please make any changes at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged or having your order processed.

 

Billing & Reminders

  • A reminder email will be sent to you before each recurring charge and shipment.

  • If you do not skip or cancel before the cut-off time, your order will be processed and charged as scheduled.

 

Refund & Cancellation

  • No refund will be provided if cancellation is made after the next billing date or if the order has already been shipped.

  • Please ensure you make any necessary changes in advance to avoid unexpected charges.

 

Discounts & Promotions

  • Subscription products are already offered at a discounted price.

  • As such, they may or may not be eligible for additional store discounts.

  • If a discount or promotion is applicable to a subscription product, it is generally limited to the first purchase only.

 

End of Life (EOL) Products

  • If a product you’ve subscribed to becomes End of Life (EOL) or discontinued, our team will contact you.

  • You will have the option to:

    • Switch to a newer version or replacement product, or

    • Cancel the subscription entirely and re-subscribe to a new product of your choice.
