Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to process and deliver your orders as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle deliveries within Singapore and Malaysia.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped out on the next business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You may use this number to track your shipment with the respective courier service.

If you do not receive your order within 5–10 business days, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

 

Shipping Fees and Delivery Time

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order size. Free shipping is available for qualifying orders. See the breakdown below:

Singapore

  • Free Shipping: Orders above S$20

  • Flat Rate: S$2 for orders below S$20

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 2–5 business days

 

West Malaysia

  • Free Shipping: Orders above MYR50

  • Flat Rate for orders below MYR50:

    • Klang Valley: MYR6

    • Johor & Penang: MYR8.50

    • Melaka, Negeri Sembilan & Perak: MYR7.50

    • Terengganu, Pahang, Perlis, Kelantan & Kedah: MYR10

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 2–5 business days

 

East Malaysia

  • Free Shipping: Orders above MYR120

  • Flat Rate: MYR20 for orders below MYR120

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 3–10 business days

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email. You can use this link to check the delivery status of your parcel.

 

Regional Shipping Limitation

Please note: For certain products, we only ship within specific regions due to limited distribution rights. If your order includes such products and your shipping address falls outside the eligible region, we will notify you to make necessary adjustments or issue a refund where applicable.

We currently ship to all regions in Singapore and Malaysia.

 

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally. However, we are working on finalizing our international shipping rates and expect to launch global shipping soon. Stay tuned for updates!

When international shipping becomes available:

  • Delivery times will range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on destination.

  • International customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government.
