At JLY Healthcare, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read the following policy to understand how returns and refunds are handled.
Return Window & Eligibility
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging.

You must also provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

For orders that include free gifts or accessories, these must also be returned in their original condition.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

How to Start a Return
To request a return:

Log in to your account and use the self-serve return option from the Orders page.

Provide a reason for the return along with clear photos of the product(s).

Once submitted, our team will review your request and notify you of its approval or rejection.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@jlyhealthcare.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible), and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We’ll notify you if the refund is approved or rejected based on the condition and eligibility.

If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method or offered store credit, depending on your preference.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@jlyhealthcare.com.
