Orders
How do I place an order?

Simply browse our online store, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped, we may be able to help. Please contact us immediately.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll resend your confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?

We currently ship throughout Singapore and Malaysia. For bulk or international orders, please see the International Shipping section below.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain amount.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

International Shipping
Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within Malaysia. We’re currently working on finalizing our international shipping rates. International shipping will be available soon—stay tuned for updates!

Are customs duties or taxes included?

No, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their respective countries.

How long does international shipping take?

International delivery times vary by location but generally take 7–14 business days.

Refunds & Returns
Can I return a product?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging.
  • You must also provide proof of purchase or a receipt.
  • For orders that include free gifts or accessories, these must also be returned in their original condition.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Opened or used items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re very sorry! Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Are refunds available?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We’ll notify you if the refund is approved or rejected based on the condition and eligibility.
  • If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method or offered store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@jlyhealthcare.com.

How does the subscription work?

With our Subscribe & Save program, you can schedule automatic deliveries every 1 month or 3 months, with exclusive savings and the convenience of auto-renewal.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes, you can skip, pause, or cancel anytime through your account dashboard—just do it at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Will I be notified before each shipment?

Yes, you’ll receive a reminder email before each recurring charge and shipment.
